1.What shipping express can customer choose?
We are the big customer of DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT/EMS. so we can get preferential cheaper price from different shipping company, as DHL shipping time and shipping fee are the best for most of country. So our website default shipping way is DHL, if you need to choose other shipping way, please contact our WhatsApp or contact us by email: email@example.com.
please note that if customer shipping address is belong to express remote district, the express company will charge extra fee for dispatching. We will inform customer if express company charge extra remote district dispatching fee.
2. How long is the shipping time
General speaking, it takes 3 to 5 working days to most of the county by DHL, and takes 4-7 working days by FEDEX/UPS, and it takes 5 to 9 working days by EMS.
3. When will we delivery the order after customer place order?
We will check your order firstly and send the invoice to you within 24 hours after you place an order, after your payment, we need 1 day to prepare the order and do quality check of each item. If special item need one more day to prepare , then we may send it out within 1 to 2 working days.
4. How to calculated the shipping fee?
Shipping fee is calculated in accordance with the weight ,So buy more then you will save more! More quantity of the order, the heavier the parcel will be, then the cheaper the shipping cost per KG.
5. How customer track the order shipment?
We will send you tracking number after shipment and follow the order until you signed it and feedback to us.
6.How is the import customs tax?
Local customs taxes may be incurred in some countries. The buyer or recipient of the order shipment is responsible for all customs taxes and duties. Our products sell to all over the world, as different country has different customs policy so we are not clear that all the country customs policy. If in doubt, please check with your country’s customs office prior to ordering.
7. How to get tax less?
In order to ensure customer receive your order tax less or free upon import, in the shipment waybill invoice, we will declare it as a “GIFT”, “SAMPLE” or “NO COMMERCIAL VALUE” with a much lower order value. The lower price does not the same as the total order amount you paid, this way may be not apply to countries with different tariff rules.
If customer need to use the true clothing value, or any other requests for the shipment, please write down your requirement on the “Notes” when you complete order. we will try our best to help our clients avoiding custom taxes, but because of the complexity of different country custom tax policy, we are not sure if the order package can pass custom without any tax.
8. Why sometimes the express website can not show update after receiving the tracking number ?
As sometime express website need some time to update the website information. So please be patient to wait and fresh the website at a later time.
