If there is any reason you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges service within 3 days from the date when you get it and in new, unused condition with original packaging. Product returns that are soiled, have been altered in any way or do not conform to the above will not be accepted.

1. If any product has quality problems or damage, we accept your return or exchange. However, due to the low wholesale price, we cannot bear the return shipping cost; your order shipping cost is not refundable under any condition.
2. Kiss Her can offer the order full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase payment. Please contact us at email@example.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order. If the orders is cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. Kiss Her is not accepted order cancellation request if the orders have already been shipped.
3. Please carefully select the size according to your BWH parameters. Confirm the color size when ordering. The additional cost incurred for exchange is borne by the customer. If you want to return the dress not fit, we need to charge 15% restocking fee as well as the return of non-quality problem
4. If you doesn’t like the item (It is Not Quality Problem), you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your firstly ordered product if it have already been returned in original condition to us. As there will be high custom tax to import any item from any country to China. After the item finish Customs clearance, We will show you the Customs tax cost sheet to pay for.
5. Non quality problem includes kink mark, press mark, little threads, wrong size selected.
6. We don’t cover the lost or stolen parcel by post service or by DHL which is authorized by receiver to leave at the front door, please offer a correct shipping address and don’t use PO Box address. Make sure you can accept the post service.
7. All products must be returned under normal conditions. If the product is damaged (returned due to non-destructive reasons), perfume smell, large smudges, we will charge 50% of the fee.
8. As our stock run quickly, Some items may be out of stock. Therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.
9. Color may vary due to lighting on images. The product detail images are closest to the true color of the product.
