Non-members can join our website for free, however certain services will be unavailable until such time as they have upgraded their accounts. This can be done via our secure payment processor. Plans cannot be transferred to other non-members.

Members are restricted from performing the following actions in uploaded photos and videos: bestiality, child pornography (including any animation/cartoon that depicts child porn), rape or violence, scat or any displays whether video or pictures of slayings, death, or murder (pretend or not). Contravention will lead to deactivation and loss of membership. It is a member's responsibility to ensure they have the legal rights to any material, whether pictures or video, they upload, or permission from the copyrights owner. If a copyright infringement has been discovered, please contact the member involved. We will only intervene if an agreement cannot be reached between the two parties.

All users of this website show they have accepted these terms and conditions once they apply to become a member.

Discrepancies.

Any discrepancies either between members or between members and us will be dealt with in a fair manner and all required information will be gathered and investigated promptly by ourselves. Our Webmaster's decision will be final in all cases.

Payment Processing. 

Membership Plan Purchases are conducted with our payment processing service CCBILL.com. You can visit their website HERE should you have any concerns about your transactions or to cancel a RECURRING payment.

We offer both-:

SINGLE BILLING: you are charged once for the Plan of your choice and the payment DOES NOT RECUR and your upgraded membership will expire at the end of the Plan's duration.

RECURRING BILLING: you are charged for your chosen Plan and then upon expiry of the Plan you are automatically charged again to renew your upgraded membership. This ensures a continuous upgraded membership which some members prefer. You must cancel your payment with CCBILL to avoid future payments being charged when renewal is due agan. Once payments have been cancelled your upgraded membership will expire at the end of the chosen Plan's duration.

Your credit/debit card will never be charged without your authorisation. During purchases your card details are collected by our payment processor only, we never see your card details. If for any reason your card is declined you will need to refer back to your card issuer.

Other situations.

All users accessing this website agree they are over 18 years of age or over the appropriate age for their area should it be higher. We take no responsibility for any harm caused or laws broken pertaining to users attempting to access this website fraudulently or nonfraudulently. We take all possible steps to ensure no persons under the age of 18 are able to access our website or to view the contents. We do not, under any circumstances, use your credit/debit card for age verification processes. We take no responsibility for any damages or problems caused by using this website, not limited too but including, software and hardware related faults. This website has no malware, spyware or viruses that can be transferred to your computer. In any other cases the webmaster's decision will be final.
